Kind of like artist residencies — but for professionals of all stripes!

The initiative is being seeded by Will Brown — an itinerant writer and facilitator who started using his LinkedIn network to organise stays with people across the UK and Europe.

Will’s exchanges have been inspiring others to do the same, and so we’re now developing a model that can be shared and adopted more widely — as well as curating a growing collective of professionals who want to get involved.
